Processing times:

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Tracking your order:

All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

  • To cancel your order, send us an email to info@bukkub.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
  • Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Important!

  • As our valued customer, it's crucial to ensure your shipping address is accurate. If there's an error in the address you provide, buKKub cannot be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong location. We'll do our best to assist if a product is returned, but not all misdirected packages find their way back to us.
  • Once a package is delivered, we cannot be responsible for losses or theft. In case of delivery issues, please reach out to your local Post Office with your tracking number.
  • Remember, packages are not insured, so it's wise to select a secure delivery spot.

Order hasn't arrived?
