Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your items. Please follow the process below to process your returns:

Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us an email at Indicate which item(s) you would like to return, your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours with a return address for you to ship your parcel.

Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely. Put the return address you received from our customer service representative onto the package. Drop off your package at your local post office.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our below returns policy:

  • If you decide an item is not right for you, you can contact us for returns within fourteen (14) days of receiving your items.
  • Items returned must be in their original, unused condition. Items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for returns.
  • Items sent back without first contacting our Customer Service representative will not be accepted. Please note the address indicated on the packaging slip is not our return address. Items sent there will not be accepted for returns.
  • You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
  • In some cases, returns might be subject to international shipping (~ 20AUD).
  • Your refund will be processed after we receive your returned package. For customers who paid by PayPal, your refund will be processed 2 days after receipt of your package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed in 7 days after receipt of your package.
  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark it as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method as the original purchase. We will notify the buyer if the product or packaging is found used or damaged as we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.

Defects or Damaged Items

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email:
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email or text within that 3-day window and must include order numbers and images of the issue.
  • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed, or used it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be honored in the first 60 minutes of the order being placed and if the following have been met:

  • Product or products have not already been assigned a Tracking Number.
  • The Vendors don't deny the cancellation, due to order processing and fulfillment.
  • Not all orders have the same vendors and some or part of an order may be canceled, while other parts may not, due to the above reasons.

You, as a customer, are responsible for providing with the Correct Mailing Address. is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We, at, will try to track down the product if it was returned to the sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. If for any reason your package says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.

Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, or lost/stolen packages.
